I used to tell my elderly mom that every day was Mother’s Day for her, and she agreed. For the five years Mom was with me prior to her death at the ripe old age of 95, I made sure to spoil her and make her welcome in our home.
Mornings would start out with a pretty melamine breakfast tray outfitted with toast and her much-cherished coffee. On nice days, we’d sit outside on the balcony off her bedroom and plan our day. Early Spring would always find us at a local garden shop planning what the yard would look like that summer. Ah, memories…
So, as Mother’s Day approaches, my own Mother is never far from my heart, but, I sure do wish she were still around to pamper.
Hopefully, you’ll find some items here on my website to do just that for your own Mom. And, please do me a favor this Mother’s Day and every day – hug your elderly loved one for me.
Without further ado, here’s some great gifts for Mother’s Day:
